We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered To the address that was provided at time you placed the order.

Also we are not responsible for damaged packages handled by the USPS carrier please understand it’s out of our control how packages are handled.

We/A&I BEAUTY are not responsible for lost, stolen packages due to incorrect address entered at the time of purchase.

If package is returned to A&I BEAUTY due to an incorrect address you provided , you the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
